Description For TeamCenter Developer

Spalding, a Saalex Company, is seeking a skilled TeamCenter Developer to join their team in a remote capacity. As a professional services company with a strong focus on Department of Defense projects since 2001, they offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer to work on cutting-edge solutions.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $145,000, depending on experience, and comes with comprehensive benefits including health care, 401k, life insurance, and stock options. While primarily remote, the position may require occasional on-site presence in Patuxent River, MD, particularly during onboarding and training phases.

As a TeamCenter Developer, you'll be responsible for configuring and developing solutions within the Teamcenter PLM environment. Key responsibilities include working with BMIDE, developing custom handlers, managing workflows, and providing technical guidance for critical projects. The role requires expertise in ITK, PLMXML, and TCXML, along with the ability to design and implement solutions that support the full product lifecycle management process.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in PLM solutions and Teamcenter development, along with strong programming skills and experience with Siemens tools. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is preferred, and candidates must be eligible for a Secret clearance, including US citizenship.

Responsibilities For TeamCenter Developer

  • Configure BMIDE, Workflows, Stylesheets, Preferences, ACL's
  • Develop custom handlers, user extensions, scripts, and client-side
  • Participate and provide guidance in technical review sessions for critical projects
  • Design solutions based on Teamcenter to support engineering functional Product Life Cycle Management
  • Develop and maintain business requirement documents
  • Deploy Teamcenter packages as part of Product releases
  • Support team through problem definition and issue identification
  • Use Git to manage configuration changes

Requirements For TeamCenter Developer

  • At least 5 years of experience in Developing/Implementing PLM solutions Teamcenter
  • Programming experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM product suite
  • Experience with developing workflows in Teamcenter
  • Scripting using Teamcenter client programs, batch scripting
  • Experience with Siemens migration and database consolidation tools
  • Must be able to obtain CompTIA Security Plus Certification
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
  • US Citizenship required
  • Bachelor of Science in computer science or engineering preferred
