Software Developer

Spalding Consulting is seeking a Software Developer to join our team in a hybrid work environment. This role is based in the Washington D.C. area and requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with at least 3 years of experience in the field. We accept candidates with various educational backgrounds, including BS/BA degrees with 3 years experience, AA/AS degrees with 7 years experience, or HS diploma/GED holders with 9 years of relevant experience.

This position supports government clients and requires US citizenship due to security clearance requirements. The role offers an opportunity to work on meaningful projects while maintaining a hybrid work schedule, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.
