Responsibilities For DevOps Developer
- Collaborate with product development team members to assess and establish required automations, tools, and patterns
- Investigate, architect, plan and provision cloud-based systems
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments
- Work with technologies such as Terraform, Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub actions, Bitbucket pipelines
- Diagnose & troubleshoot service incidents and outages
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve product issues
- Handle monitoring, data collection and configuration management
- Develop and implement Cloud operational best practices
- Create and improve documentation on DevOps patterns and best practices
- Work on multiple projects while balancing priorities
Requirements For DevOps Developer
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role, including 2 years as software developer
- Experience with web frameworks like .NET Core, NodeJS, Django, or Spring
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines on cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience managing and troubleshooting live production environments
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and release processes
- Bilingualism (English & French) preferred
