Senior Machine Learning Engineer - User Platform

Spotify's User Platform (UP) studio, part of the SAFE Alliance within the Platform Mission, is seeking their first Machine Learning Engineer to enhance their mission of connecting Users with Spotify. This role is crucial in managing Customer Identity and Access Management infrastructure that serves over 700M+ users globally. The position focuses on bootstrapping the studio's ML capabilities, particularly in user identity confidence and safety features.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll lead the development of ML models while collaborating with a diverse team including user researchers, designers, data scientists, and product managers. You'll be responsible for prototyping and productionizing solutions that directly impact hundreds of millions of active users. The role combines technical expertise in machine learning with practical implementation skills, requiring both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience with production systems.
