Senior Backend Developer

The company maintains offices in both Dallas, Texas and Gdańsk, with the Polish office housing a 21-person strong development, product, and QA team.

The role offers a perfect blend of hybrid work arrangements, with in-office days on Tuesdays at their Gdańsk location (featuring ample free parking) and remote work flexibility for the remaining days. The position involves collaboration with the Dallas team during overlapping hours (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Polish time), with optional opportunities for travel to Dallas.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of .NET development experience to contribute to the full software development lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing backend applications using .NET and C#, collaborating across teams, participating in architecture design, and ensuring application scalability and reliability. The role requires expertise in MS SQL Server, experience with modern technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, and strong English communication skills.
