Description For Staff Software Engineer - Creatives Library

StackAdapt is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Creatives Library Team, focusing on building a comprehensive library of dynamic creative assets and resources. This role is part of StackAdapt, the #1 performing programmatic advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, and more.

The position involves designing and improving complex, scalable distributed systems while working with technologies like Ruby on Rails, Go, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. You'll be responsible for optimizing performance, writing extensible code, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

As a Staff Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in technical planning and architectural decision-making, collaborating closely with Product & Design teams to implement high-impact product experiences. The team is building an in-house solution to reduce dependency on third-party creative providers, allowing clients to store, host, and manage bulk creative assets for ad campaigns.
