We're seeking a Founding Backend Engineer to join our mission of democratizing access to Large Language Models. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI automation while working with cutting-edge technologies and a talented team.
As a Founding Backend Engineer, you'll be instrumental in:
- Building and scaling our core backend infrastructure
- Integrating and optimizing various AI models and data sources
- Designing robust database systems that power our no-code platform
- Contributing to our product strategy and technical direction
The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with the versatility needed in a startup environment. You should be comfortable with Python, databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud services (AWS), and containerization tools. Experience with AI/ML deployment and RAG pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities For Founding Engineer - Backend
- Develop robust and scalable backend systems
- Design and manage database infrastructure
- Integrate new AI models and maintain existing ones
- Work closely with founding team to align development with company goals
- Stay ahead of the curve in backend technologies
- Participate in customer support as needed
Requirements For Founding Engineer - Backend
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or similar web frameworks
- Solid understanding of database management, design, and optimization
- Practical experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization tools
- Proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale backend systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of software engineering principles
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
