Java Senior Software Engineer, hybrid, Assistant Vice President

Charles River Development (CRD), the FinTech division of State Street, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team. CRD is part of the State Street Alpha® Platform, the industry's first front-to-back solution. The role involves developing new Java middle tier/server-side functionality, working with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, Kafka, and Snowflake.

The position offers an opportunity to work within a senior-level engineering team, developing challenging new products in the financial space. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office per week in either Krakow or Gdansk. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of Java development experience, preferably in FinTech, and a strong technical background.

CRD is undergoing significant growth and transformation, moving from monolithic software to cloud-based technology.
