Application Support Engineer, Charles River Development, Assistant Vice President

This role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, focusing on managing production Charles River IMS systems for multiple clients as part of their Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.

The position requires deep technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities, working at L3/L4 support levels. You'll be responsible for providing advanced diagnostic support, root cause analysis, and solutions for complex software issues. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, QA, and product management teams, particularly in observability efforts using Dynatrace.
