Data Integration Developer, Emerging Lead

Charles River Development (CRD), the FinTech division of State Street, is seeking a Data Integration Developer, Emerging Lead to join their team. This role is integral to the State Street Alpha® Platform, the industry's first front-to-back solution that combines Charles River's cloud-based Front Office technology with State Street's Middle and Back-office services.

The position focuses on the Alpha Data Platform, which enables clients to load, enrich, and aggregate investment data from multiple sources. As a Data Integration Developer, you'll lead the development lifecycle of data platform services, working with cutting-edge technologies like Snowflake, Azure cloud, and various ETL tools.

The role offers exciting opportunities to work with a global team across APAC, EMEA, and North America, contributing to design standards and high-level solutions. You'll be responsible for developing and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and maintaining performance standards for both batch and real-time data processing.
