Fullstack Software Engineer (Java + React), hybird, Officer

Charles River Development (CRD), the FinTech division of State Street, is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their growing team. CRD's cloud-based Front Office technology forms the foundation of the State Street Alpha® Platform, the industry's first front-to-back solution.

The role involves enhancing and maintaining Alpha/Charles River Development modules within an agile scrum team. You'll be working on challenging new products in the financial space, collaborating with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create sustainable software solutions for complex problems.

The position requires 3 days in office per week, with flexibility between Krakow and Gdansk locations. You'll be part of CRD's engineering organization, which is currently transforming their platform by moving from monolithic software to next-generation cloud-based technology utilizing Microsoft Azure, Kafka, Snowflake, and other modern tools.

Key responsibilities include analyzing, designing, developing, and debugging complex software solutions, writing unit and automation tests, conducting code reviews, and providing troubleshooting support for mission-critical client implementations. You'll work with technologies like Java, Spring, Microservices, React, SQL, C#/.Net, Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and Snowflake.
