Java Software Engineer, hybrid, Officer

Charles River Development (CRD), the FinTech division of State Street, is seeking a Java Software Engineer to join their growing team. This role is part of the State Street Alpha® Platform, the industry's first front-to-back solution. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with next-generation cloud-based technology including Microsoft Azure, Kafka, and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of Java development experience, preferably in FinTech, and will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining Alpha/Charles River Development modules. The role involves collaborating with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create sustainable software solutions for complex problems, writing code, conducting tests, and providing troubleshooting support.

CRD is experiencing significant growth, having increased headcount by 135% over the last 5 years.
