Java Software Engineer, hybrid, Officer

Charles River Development (CRD), the FinTech division of State Street, is seeking a Java Software Engineer to join their growing team. This role is part of the State Street Alpha® Platform, the industry's first front-to-back solution. The position offers an opportunity to work with next-generation cloud-based technology including Microsoft Azure, Kafka, and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining Alpha/Charles River Development modules as part of an agile scrum team. The role involves collaborating with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create sustainable software solutions for complex problems in the financial space. You'll be working with a strong, senior-level engineering team on challenging new products.

The position requires 2-4 years of Java development experience, preferably in FinTech, and a bachelor's degree in a technical field. Experience with cloud native services, SQL databases, and modern frameworks like React is valued.
