As a Product Engineer at Stepful, you'll be working on:

• Developing and iterating on an advanced Learning Management System focusing on seamless UX, adaptive learning, peer-to-peer engagement, gamification and motivational mechanisms
• Building innovative career services tools using generative AI for resume generation and interview training
• Creating platforms for instructors, TAs, coaches, and operators to optimize student success
• Developing cutting-edge content management systems that adapt to evolving educational needs
• Building reliable data pipelines to empower business, learning, and operation teams

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Expert knowledge in at least one of: React, Typescript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL
• Passion for solving complex problems with cutting-edge technology
• Excitement about early-stage startups and building new things
• Drive to make meaningful impact
• Previous experience building impactful projects
• Ability to own the full development lifecycle
