As a Senior AI Product Engineer at Stepful, you'll be working on:
- World Class Learning Experience: Developing an advanced Learning Management System focusing on seamless UX, adaptive learning, peer-to-peer engagement, gamification and motivational mechanisms.
- Innovative Career Services: Empowering graduates to find jobs and match with clinical partners using generative AI for resume generation and interview training.
- Internal Workforce Platform: Designing and maintaining platforms for instructors, TAs, coaches, and operators to optimize student success using AI.
- Content Management: Building technology to create and maintain scalable, adaptive curricula.
- Data Pipelines: Making data reliable and accessible for business, learning, and operation teams.
The role offers competitive compensation ($180K-$200K), equity (0.04%-0.06%), 401k, and health insurance. You'll be joining a mission-driven company backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp, with recent funding from Oak HC/FT.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of engineering experience in consumer startups, 2+ years building Generative AI products, experience with LLMs, testing frameworks, prompt-chaining, and RAG. Requirements For Senior AI Product Engineer
- 6+ years of engineering experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer startup
- 2+ years of experience building Generative AI products
- Experience handling large datasets and piping them through LLM
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation and testing frameworks
- Familiarity with prompt-chaining, RAG, and model optimization techniques
