Senior IT Support Engineer

You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing productivity tools, improving IT processes, and ensuring the security of the company's digital assets.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in IT support for multi-branch companies, along with a strong understanding of various technologies including Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure. Proficiency in automation and scripting, particularly with PowerShell, is highly valued. The role requires a mix of technical expertise and excellent communication skills, as you'll be interacting with various teams and mentoring junior IT members.
