As a Senior Software Engineer - Full-Stack in the Consumer Experience (CX) team, you will be at the forefront of tackling significant, ambiguous, and non-trivial challenges. You'll design and develop next-generation technologies and complex features for StubHub's web and mobile platforms, serving millions of users worldwide.
The CX team is responsible for the end-to-end product experience for fans looking to discover, buy, and sell tickets to their favorite live events. You'll work on crafting a product experience that feels personalized to every individual in over 60 regions and 30 languages. The team works across the entire stack, leveraging any tool or technology necessary to support web and mobile feature innovation at scale.
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across all StubHub's platforms and products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across our code
- Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise
- Mentor other team members and help increase their technical capabilities
You'll be part of a cross-functional team of specialists in product, design, engineering, and data, working closely together with equal voice in ideation and equal access to insights. This role offers an accelerated growth environment where you have the autonomy to lead experiments and tests on a massive scale.
The position is based in the Seattle, WA office with a hybrid work schedule (3 in-person days per week). StubHub offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $200,000 – $275,000 per year, equity, 401(k), unlimited Flex Time Off, comprehensive health benefits, and engaging team-building events.

Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer - CX (Full-Stack)
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across all StubHub's platforms and products, resulting in high-quality outcomes

Requirements For Senior Software Engineer - CX (Full-Stack)
- 5-6+ years of professional experience in software development
- Extensive experience developing robust systems using multiple front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks (Java, C#, Python, React, Javascript)
- Previous experience designing and developing features for consumer facing products
- A strong understanding of how their systems interact with the broader production environment, including dependencies and platform primitives
- Proven ability to learn other coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools
- Experience owning projects from the initial idea all the way to production, and mentoring junior engineers along the way
