Superpower is seeking an Operations Engineer to join their healthcare technology team in a role that bridges technical operations with customer care. This position offers an opportunity to work on critical healthcare infrastructure while directly impacting patient care and operational efficiency.

The role involves developing and maintaining crucial systems that power healthcare delivery, including data observability solutions, monitoring systems, and EMR workflows. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of full-stack development experience and a strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems. Responsibilities For Operations Engineer

  • Build and deploy data observability solutions for key operational metrics
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems for care delivery
  • Develop member communication features
  • Manage and deploy APIs integrating external diagnostic and therapeutic endpoints
  • Build and maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR) workflows
  • Develop and deploy internal tools and automations
  • Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines with Github Actions
  • Drive continuous improvement through Agile development practices
  • Participate in on-call rotation (one week per month)

Requirements For Operations Engineer

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional team partnership
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Docker, and GitHub Actions
  • Experience with project management software (Linear, Notion, Slack)
