Solutions Engineer

Swiftly is seeking Solutions Engineers to join their team in driving revenue growth and supporting the sales process for their transit data platform. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll lead product demonstrations, develop agency strategies, and work closely with Account Executives to showcase Swiftly's value to transit agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting product demos for transit agencies and potential partners
• Organizing and running onsite workshops for agency staff training
• Managing pilot periods to derive quantitative savings and results
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle

For Senior Solutions Engineers, additional responsibilities include:

• Driving strategy and pitch development for agencies
• Developing new tools and processes to prove Swiftly's value
• Representing Swiftly at conferences and events

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years of experience working with mid-sized to large transit agencies (5+ for Senior level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Deep understanding of transit operations and data standards
