Description For Solidity Developer

t1 is pioneering the future of Ethereum scalability through their innovative rollup solution that introduces real-time proofs (RTP). As a Solidity Developer, you'll be at the forefront of unifying Ethereum with the rollup ecosystem, working on critical smart contract development and contributing to RETH, their Rust-based Ethereum execution environment.

The role demands expertise in EVM-based smart contract development, with a focus on security, efficiency, and production-readiness. You'll be building proof-of-concept applications like t-dex, demonstrating t1's capabilities and enabling other developers to innovate on the platform. The position requires both technical depth in Ethereum development and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will have advanced education in Computer Science, proven experience with mainnet deployments, and deep expertise in EVM operations. The role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain technology while contributing to t1's mission of making Ethereum not just the most decentralized blockchain ecosystem, but also the one with the best user and developer experience.

Working remotely, you'll be part of a team tackling the challenge of composability fragmentation in the rollup ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about Ethereum development, with additional value placed on Rust programming experience and active participation in the broader Ethereum community through open-source contributions and event engagement.
