The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience with a strong foundation in Computer Science or related field, demonstrated expertise in Microservices Architecture, and a proven track record of implementing scaled Agile practices. They should be adept at working with various stakeholders, from development teams to executive leadership.
This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work with minimal travel requirements (up to 2%). The compensation package is highly competitive, ranging from $137,000 to $234,800 per year, reflecting the senior nature of the role and its strategic importance to Takeda's technology organization.
