As a Solution Engineer, you are core to our mission of transforming our customer's decisioning infrastructure to enable them to optimize and automate complex and mission critical business decisions. You will work in partnership with Taktile's Sales Team and are making sure our customers get value from Taktile throughout their entire lifecycle. You are a trusted advisor to our customers and help them achieve their strategic goals and realize value by using Taktile in their decisioning tech stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover and translate customer's strategic priorities into high impact use cases leveraging Taktile
- Build demos, support sales team in building business cases, and design proof of value projects
- Collaborate with partners and customers to design and build solutions in Taktile's Decisioning Platform
- Lead proof-of-value projects and communicate value opportunity to senior stakeholders
- Onboard and work with various customer teams to help them solve real-world problems
- Work with product management to translate customer problems into product insights
- Create re-usable collateral, best practices & tools to scale knowledge across the solution engineering function
- Lead discovery for new use cases and implement them on the platform to assess product-solution fit
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Solution Engineering, technical Customer Success, or as a Senior Consultant
- Understanding of REST APIs (design, integration, authentication)
- Experience in applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models
- Familiarity with data & analytics tech stack and workflow automation platforms
- Domain expertise in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, etc.)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong customer relationship skills across different levels of seniority
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Collaborative mindset and growth-oriented attitude
