Responsibilities For PLSQL Developer
- Develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL code and scripts for new and existing applications
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data effectively
- Create and manage stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
- Collaborate with application developers and analysts to understand business requirements
- Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Ensure data integrity and implement data validation processes
- Document the development process, code changes, and technical specifications
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices
Requirements For PLSQL Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PLSQL Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle databases
- Experience with SQL and database design principles
- Familiarity with data modeling and database architecture
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Understanding of ETL processes and data integration methodologies
- Basic understanding of version control systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
