Responsibilities For CRM Developer
- Develop, configure, and customize CRM solutions to meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Create and maintain workflows, plugins, custom entities, dashboards, and reports
- Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, third-party APIs)
- Maintain and improve CRM performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support
- Document all technical changes and provide user training when necessary
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and best practices in CRM usage
Requirements For CRM Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience as a CRM Developer or in a similar role
- Proficiency with one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, C#, or Apex (depending on platform)
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integration tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
