AML IT Solutions Developer Specialist (Mantas)

TD Bank Group is seeking a senior AML IT Solutions Developer Specialist to join their Global Anti-Money Laundering (GAML) Technology team. This role sits within the Enterprise Protect organization and is crucial for delivering and supporting technology solutions for the GAML business unit. The position focuses on Oracle Transaction Monitoring solution development and requires expertise in Oracle FCCM design and implementation.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining the technology platform that processes bank payments through behavior detection algorithms to detect suspicious and fraudulent activity. The successful candidate will work extensively with the Oracle Mantas (OFSAA, FCCM) ecosystem, collaborating with the Oracle Engineering team to ensure batches meet daily SLAs and resolve issues promptly.

Key responsibilities include working with settlement systems to create interface specifications, maintaining data governance processes, and managing vendor teams in Asia.
