The position requires a skilled developer with at least 5 years of experience in React JS, who will be responsible for creating responsive, scalable components and integrating real-time communication features. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern JavaScript, state management, and UI/UX implementation.

Responsibilities For IT Senior Developer
- Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and reusable React.js components for chat-based user interfaces
- Integrate real-time communication features using WebSockets, GraphQL, or similar technologies
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive designs
- Optimize chat UI performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility
- Debug and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices and browsers
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and real-time data streams
Requirements For IT Senior Developer
- Proficiency in React.js and its core principles, including React Hooks and Context API
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or MobX
- Familiarity with real-time communication tools such as Socket.IO, Firebase, or WebRTC
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL for data integration
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library
- Experience working with Figma and Storybook
- College degree, or specialized training / equivalent work experience
