Teledyne Technologies is seeking a Field Service Support Engineer to join their dynamic team, focusing on supporting and expanding their services business segment based on flight recorded data analysis for airline customers. The position involves developing and implementing algorithms for flight data analysis, creating reports, and working with various data analysis tools including SQL and Tableau.

Responsibilities For Field Service Support Engineer

  • Assist in technical support relationship to drive customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement algorithms for Flight Data Analysis
  • Create reports using customer data and software platforms
  • Work with SQL, Tableau for data extraction and analysis
  • Program simple applications using Teledyne Controls tools
  • Resolve customer situations with high level of tact
  • Support deployment, integration and maintenance of software products
  • Interact with engineering teams to provide solutions
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements For Field Service Support Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aeronautical or related Engineering discipline
  • Minimum of two years experience with custom software applications and data analysis
  • Complete understanding of aviation and/or avionics system
  • Experience with Tableau or other Data Analysis/Visualization software
  • Must reside in EU or UK, preferably near Toulouse, Heathrow or Cumbernauld
