Sr. Test Engineer

The position involves working in both office and clean room manufacturing environments, where you'll be responsible for implementing characterization, development, and production testing of both uncooled and cooled infrared readouts, focal plane arrays, and Dewars. You'll work with sophisticated equipment including Teradynes and Electroglas 4090u wafer probing stations, and develop test software using MATLAB, C# and visual basic.

As a Senior Test Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining product quality and efficiency, reviewing and analyzing test data, preparing comprehensive test reports, and mentoring junior engineers and technicians. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership abilities, as you'll be working with minimal direction while guiding others.
