Product Engineer

telli is an innovative AI company building voice agents that are transforming the industry. Having raised $3.6M in pre-seed funding from Cherry and Y Combinator, they've already achieved >$1M in ARR within 8 months. The company is now seeking a Product Engineer to help reach their next milestone of $10M in ARR.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI voice agent technology, tackling challenges that haven't existed since the invention of computers. As a Product Engineer, you'll be part of a small, high-impact team based in Berlin, working on everything from frontend UX to complex backend infrastructure for voice AI.

The position requires a versatile engineer comfortable working across the entire tech stack, including TypeScript, React, Node, Python, and PostgreSQL, as well as specialized tools like Temporal.io, Twilio, Modal, and Pipecat. You'll be joining a core team of experienced engineers and will have the opportunity to make significant architectural and product decisions.

Key responsibilities include building scalable backend infrastructure for thousands of AI calls, creating intuitive user experiences, and working directly with customers to understand and solve their challenges. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with high-stakes project ownership, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and be excited about building a multi-billion dollar company from the ground up.
