Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer (ServiceNow)

  • Design, Develop, Deploy, Maintain and Enhance highly available web applications and APIs
  • Apply responsive design principles to implement and customize user interfaces
  • Design and develop customizations and scripts for ServiceNow SaaS
  • Design and build scalable microservices and REST APIs hosted on cloud platforms
  • Work with CI/CD tools for self-managed deployment
  • Diagnose, debug and analyze production incidents
  • Provide technical input into effort estimation and requirements
  • Mentor junior resources through pair programming and knowledge sharing

Requirements For Senior Software Engineer (ServiceNow)

JavaScript
  • 8+ years of experience
  • ServiceNow (ITSM) experience
  • ServiceNow Administration and Implementation expertise
  • HTML, JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform
  • Degree/Diploma/Certification in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Experience with ServiceNow components (Script includes, client scripts, scheduled jobs, Business rules)
  • Knowledge of network technology or assurance domain (preferred)
  • AWS, PCF or similar cloud platform certifications (preferred)
  • ServiceNow certification (preferred)
