Senior Physical Design Power Engineer

Tenstorrent is looking for a Senior Power Engineer to deliver power efficient SOCs for our family of CPU and AI products. This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX or Ft. Collins, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Power analysis throughout the entire product lifecycle, from preliminary estimations to post-silicon optimization
• Establish and implement comprehensive power methodologies for design, verification, and implementation of advanced deep submicron SOCs
• Conceive and execute innovative power reduction strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate precise power specifications and budgeting
• Ownership of power analysis processes, overseeing assessments at block and full-chip levels

Experience & Qualifications:

• BS/MS/PhD with 5-7 plus years experience
• Prior experience as Power Engineer or Architect preferred
• Hands-on experience with synthesis, block PnR runs
• Experience in Power estimation, SOC Power budgeting and rollup

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets.
