Responsibilities For Development Factory Engineering Leader, Cell Manufacturing
- Lead the design and development of pilot factories for new products and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize pilot factory requirements
- Develop and maintain pilot factory designs, including layout, equipment selection, and process flow
- Design and implement pilot factory systems, including mechanical, electrical, and controls
- Develop and implement data acquisition and analysis systems
- Manage a team of development engineers and technicians
- Develop and maintain budgets and schedules for pilot factory projects
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the development process

- 5+ years of experience in factory engineering
