Responsibilities For Engineering Technician, In House Cell Engineering
- Cell assembly In-process quality measurements and documentation
- Maintaining cell production equipment and processes while meeting quality targets
- Finding ways to keep cell equipment and processes running efficiently
- Conducting cell failure and root cause analysis
- Following safety guidelines for component and cell-level tests
- Assisting with equipment setup and validation processes
- Conducting and reporting cell validation/abuse testing
- Running test procedures including burst test, pull test, torque test, and CT scans
Requirements For Engineering Technician, In House Cell Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assemblies
- Experience in MS Office with excellent Excel skills
- Ability to document metrics and execute in-process inspections
- Experience with measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, multimeters)
- Strong desire to learn advanced characterization and analysis techniques
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
