Responsibilities For Engineering Technician, Semi Truck, High Voltage Distribution
- Perform visual and functional inspections of high voltage system components
- Collaborate with Test Engineers to develop, execute, and document test plans
- Provide clear documentation of test results and technical issues
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of electromechanical test systems
- Ensure testing activities adhere to safety protocols
- Assist in assembly, testing, and analysis of engineering prototypes
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate test equipment
- Identify process improvements in testing operations
- Work with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges
Requirements For Engineering Technician, Semi Truck, High Voltage Distribution
- Extensive practical experience in engineering principles and practices
- Experience with high voltage systems testing and validation
- Proficient in mechanical fabrication and expert-level skills with hand tools
- Ability to disassemble and reassemble electromechanical systems
- Familiarity with electronics lab tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with CAD software and electrical design tools is a plus
