Responsibilities For Sr. Manufacturing Equipment Engineer, Energy

  • Responsible for equipment performance and improvement of multiple production processes
  • Sustain 24/7 production operations through quick breakdown resolution
  • Lead equipment upgrades focusing on serviceability, reliability and process capability
  • Develop and improve equipment validation procedures
  • Train shift technicians and provide hands-on support
  • Create and improve preventative maintenance documents
  • Program ladder logic and industrial 6-axis robots
  • Participate in spare part analysis and inventory development

Requirements For Sr. Manufacturing Equipment Engineer, Energy

Linux
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of engineering experience in high volume environment
  • Experience with 2D/3D modeling software (AUTOCAD and Solidworks/CATIA)
  • Vision system development & qualification experience
  • Robotics (Fanuc) experience
  • Experience with PLC programming and motion control
  • Experience coding/debugging End of Line Test machines
  • Strong problem solving skills and structured problem solving techniques
