Responsibilities For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Semi Drive Systems
- Act as Engineering Program owner for Semi Drive Axle program launches and design improvements
- Manage Semi build plans, parts logistics, and support robust engineering build execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different continents
- Maintain project schedule and track key component and program metrics
- Lead development of testing and validation timelines, DFMEAs, and DVP&R's
- Collaborate with other vehicle system teams on product updates
- Document lessons learned and extend new improvements and best practices
Requirements For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Semi Drive Systems
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in project management for complex mechanical/Electro-mechanical products
- Experience in the automotive/trucking industry is desired, experience with drivetrain is preferred
- Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented, with strong technical communication ability
- Experience analyzing product metrics, business cases, and schedules for large scale implementation
