Thaloz is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their remote team, focusing on building and scaling their enterprise SaaS platform. This role combines frontend and backend development, with a strong emphasis on modern technologies like TypeScript, React, and Cloudflare Workers. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on various aspects of the platform, from data synchronization and API development to analytics implementation and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript stack, have experience with SQL databases, and be comfortable working with cloud technologies. The role involves not just coding but also content creation and community support, making it perfect for engineers who enjoy both technical work and community interaction. The position allows working remotely from several Latin American countries, offering flexibility while contributing to a growing SaaS product.
Responsibilities For Full Stack Engineer
- Ship code using best-in-class software development processes
- Contribute to product quality, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners on product strategy
- Create content and market work through LinkedIn, blogs, and tutorials
- Monitor and support Slack community
- Build workflows for data synchronization from Slack workspaces
- Build headless Hono REST APIs on Cloudflare
- Implement analytics for customer engagement
- Integrate entitlements, feature flags, and Stripe connections
- Develop open-source React components and SDKs
- Create Salesforce integration
- Improve NextJS companion forums site performance
Requirements For Full Stack Engineer
- Proficiency in Javascript and Typescript
- Proficiency in SQL and Postgres
- Extensive experience building large-scale web apps with React
- Experience with AI integration in developer workflow
- Experience building on Cloudflare Workers ecosystem
- Experience in app development on Slack or Salesforce-related platforms (nice to have)
- Experience working at a high-growth SaaS company (nice to have)
