Description For Associate Software Engineer–Test & Verification

The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Software Engineer specializing in Test & Verification to join their Vertical Lift Software team in either Ridley Park, Pennsylvania or Mesa, Arizona. This role is part of the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization, focusing on ensuring high-quality software deliverables through comprehensive testing processes.

As a Test & Verification Engineer, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining testing processes, performing independent verification & validation of requirements, and working with both automated and manual testing approaches. The position requires creating, running, and evaluating tests, documenting defects, and enhancing automated testing frameworks.
