Lead Software Developer

The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Software Developer to join their Information Technology Product Systems Contract Direct team in Ridley Park, PA. This role is part of Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Programs, focusing on supply chain integration environments and providing application integration services between BGS standard tools and external stakeholders.

The position involves working with multi-billion dollar programs to develop custom IT solutions supporting Performance Based Services. The role requires designing and developing new integrations for business contracts, participating in requirements gathering workshops, and maintaining products throughout contract lifecycles. The team specializes in point-to-point integrations that enable adaptation to BGS's diverse customer requirements.

As a Lead Software Developer, you'll be responsible for leading complex software development initiatives, system integration, and architecture design. The role requires extensive experience with Java, JBoss Fuse, and modern technologies like Angular, Express JS, and OpenShift. You'll work with government systems, SAP, and ERP integrations, while leading DevOps processes and CI/CD pipeline implementations.
