Lead Software Developer

The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Software Developer to join their Information Technology Product Systems Contract Direct team in Ridley Park, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global aerospace leader on mission-critical software systems.

The role is part of the team supporting supply chain integration environments for Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Programs, providing application integration services between BGS standard tool suite and external customers and suppliers. You'll be working directly with multi-billion dollar programs to develop custom IT solutions supporting Performance Based Services.

As a Lead Software Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing new integrations supporting business contracts, participating in requirements gathering workshops with internal and external customers, designing implementation solutions, and maintaining products throughout their lifecycle. The position requires expertise in Java, JBoss Fuse, and modern technologies including Angular, Express JS, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and OpenShift.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in system integration design, requirement gathering, and supply chain customer integrations. You'll lead technical teams in implementing DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines, while also integrating government systems with SAP and ERP systems.
