Senior Process & Tools Software Engineer

The Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T) Disruptive Computing & Networking (DC&N) team is seeking a Senior Process & Tools Software Engineer to drive efficiency and effectiveness in their engineering value stream. This role combines software engineering with process improvement, requiring expertise in both technical implementation and organizational change management.

The position involves developing, selecting, and deploying software processes, tools, and metrics while working cross-functionally with various engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with demonstrated experience in software and software-driven hardware engineering tools & processes.
