Responsibilities For Software Security Engineer (Associate or Mid-level)

  • Assess the adversity faced by software subsystems in the context of the larger system
  • Secure cloud-based software development environments
  • Manage risk in accordance with industry standards
  • Develop security requirements and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Perform requirements verification on software security engineering products
  • Perform Common Vulnerabilities and Exploits (CVE) analysis
  • Deploy DevSecOps best practices into Program pipelines
  • Support Product Security Incident Response Team
  • Define and deploy software security standards within SDLC

Requirements For Software Security Engineer (Associate or Mid-level)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in teaming and collaboration
  • 1+ years of experience with confidentiality, integrity and availability in SDLC
  • Software Development Background or DevSecOps CI/CD Pipeline experience
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
