The Boeing Company is seeking a Test Program Integration Engineer to join their Vertical programs team in Seattle, WA. This role is crucial for developing and executing test programs, ensuring all testing activities align with project goals. The position offers unique exposure to test assets across Boeing Defense & Space, Commercial Aviation, and Global Services products.

The role involves collaborating with engineering teams on Work Statement Requirements, managing test equipment procurement and fabrication, developing test documentation, and supporting Line Replaceable Units (LRU) integration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test program management and risk management, with particular expertise in LRU test equipment requirements.

Responsibilities For Test Program Integration Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior)

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support Work Statement Requirements development
  • Perform work placement determinations for testing processes
  • Identify and manage testing equipment procurement
  • Manage equipment fabrication requirements and quality standards
  • Assist in creating Test Development Documents (TDD)

Requirements For Test Program Integration Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 2+ years of experience with project management and/or integration
  • 2+ years of financial acumen experience
  • 2+ years of experience in testing
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Clearance
