Software Engineer - Duck Creek

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-office presence three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) in either Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC. As a Software Engineer, you'll be part of a team that embraces Scrum methodology and core agile engineering practices, including continuous integration and test-driven development.

The role demands strong technical expertise, with a focus on application development in a highly distributed, integrated, multi-platform environment. You'll be responsible for hands-on coding, maintaining high code quality standards, and mentoring junior engineers. Key technical requirements include experience with REST/SOAP API services, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and modern development tools. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Duck Creek or similar Insurance SaaS platforms, DevOps tools, and P&C Insurance domain knowledge.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $87,200 to $130,800 annually, with additional benefits and rewards including potential bonuses and long-term incentives.
