Lead Network Engineer

The Social Hub (TSH) is seeking a Lead Network Engineer to join their Digital & Technology Group. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure and Support Director, you'll partner with Network partners to deliver a ground-breaking technology eco-system across Europe.

TSH is a unique hospitality concept that combines hotel services with student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, events, rooftop bars, and coworking spaces. With locations in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, TSH is expanding globally.

As the Lead Network Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing networks and firewalls for all TSH properties
• Managing partners involved in delivering network-related services
• Ensuring network and related systems are secure and operational 24/7
• Managing IT projects
• Staying updated on key hospitality and retail business technologies
• Acting as a subject matter expert in business projects with IT aspects

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience in Networking as a Lead/Senior Specialist
• Hands-on experience with Aruba Technology
• Working knowledge of Confluence and Office 365
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members
• Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Strong documentation skills
• Willingness to try new approaches and learn from failures
