Responsibilities For Epic Business Intelligence - Report Developer (Cogito)
- Design, build, configure, test, and maintain clinical information systems
- Serve as liaison between business operations and technical teams
- Develop report specifications and work with report ACs
- Provide support to end-users both remotely and in-person
- Create test scripts, timelines, and plans for application changes
- Monitor, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming tickets
- Collaborate with technical colleagues on infrastructure issues
Requirements For Epic Business Intelligence - Report Developer (Cogito)
- Bachelor's Degree in health, science, or business field, or 5 years related experience
- Active Epic Certification or Accreditation in Cogito
- Strong knowledge of clinical information systems and informatics
- Experience in information systems implementation within healthcare
- Must maintain current certification for primary EHR module(s)
