TheIncLab (TIL) is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their innovative team working on cutting-edge AI technologies for defense and aerospace industries. This role combines DevOps Engineering with Developer Experience Engineering, focusing on building and maintaining scalable processes for software delivery. The position offers a hybrid work environment requiring three days in office at either Tampa FL, Nashville TN, or McLean VA locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing CI/CD pipelines, automating development processes, and implementing cloud solutions, preferably in AWS. They'll work on streamlining the development lifecycle, ensuring high reliability and performance of deployment pipelines, and establishing DevOps best practices within the organization.

Responsibilities For DevOps Engineer
- Develop and maintain high-performance CI/CD pipelines
- Automate repeatable tasks to improve software development lifecycle
- Utilize cloud services (AWS preferred) for pipeline deployment
- Build robust processes for CI/CD workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve build issues
- Integrate and test security frameworks
- Continuously improve CI/CD processes
- Track and report pipeline metrics
- Promote and support Agile organization
- Lead efforts to establish DevOps best practices
Requirements For DevOps Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 2+ years of DevOps Engineering experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Travis, GitHub Actions)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred)
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Proficiency with PowerShell and Bash
- Experience with Docker containerization
- TypeScript, React, JavaScript development experience
- U.S. Citizenship and security clearance eligibility required
