Responsibilities For Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Recommender Systems
- Provide technical direction for projects and break down business requirements
- Spearhead development and technical implementation of machine learning solutions
- Lead routine projects with manageable risks
- Deliver AI/ML solutions using emerging technologies
- Train and mentor colleagues
- Design and develop control logic for end-to-end AI-based solutions
- Lead the design and development of Proof of Concepts
- Improve operations through systems analysis
Requirements For Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Recommender Systems
- Over 5 years of experience with machine learning, especially Recommender Systems
- Strong understanding of data processing, ML infrastructure, and DevOps/MLOps
- At least 2 years with cloud technologies (preferably AWS)
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and data modeling
- Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Keras
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Creative problem-solving skills
