Responsibilities For Process Engineer I
- Develop and sustain semiconductor wafer fab production processes
- Monitor process performance using statistical software tools
- Monitor equipment performance metrics
- Diagnose and implement corrective actions for process excursions
- Develop new processes for new product releases
- Document and update work instructions
- Train production staff on new processes
- Manage process equipment operations and maintenance
- Ensure assigned areas are safe, organized and tidy
- Participate in engineering discussions and cross-area projects
Requirements For Process Engineer I
- Must be a US Person to work on ITAR
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
- Knowledge of semiconductor fab tools and processes (beneficial)
- Statistical Data Analysis skills (beneficial)
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge (beneficial)
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, especially optoelectronic devices (beneficial)
- Experience with SQL, Visual Basic, Matlab, JMP and Microsoft Office (beneficial)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (beneficial)
