Description For AI Software Engineer

ThreeFlow, a post-Series C company revolutionizing the insurance industry, is seeking an AI Software Engineer to join their data analytics engineering team. This remote position within the US reports to the Director of Data & AI.

As an AI Engineer at ThreeFlow, you'll work on developing and deploying enterprise-scale LLM and ML solutions to optimize core business processes. The role involves primarily developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring serverless applications (e.g., AWS Lambda) to support various data processing and analytics tasks. You'll leverage orchestration tools like AWS Step Functions to coordinate complex workflows and integrate multiple services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and deploying enterprise-scale LLM and ML solutions
  • Working with serverless applications and AWS services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on AI model design and implementation
  • Continuously monitoring and optimizing AI models

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Extensive experience in Python development, focusing on productionalizing LLM and machine learning applications
  • Strong expertise in developing and deploying LLM solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of various machine learning techniques and their real-world applications
  • Proficiency in AWS services, especially Lambda and Step Functions
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software development best practices
  • Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
